Nayomi Dharmatileke

Head of Programme Delivery

Nayomi is the Head of Programme Delivery and oversees the delivery of A4ID’s portfolio of programmes and related development activities and fundraising. Prior to joining A4ID, Nayomi worked with organisations such as Crown Agents, Save the Children and Options Consultancy Services. She has more than 17 years of experience in delivering and overseeing programmes in Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

Nayomi has managed programmes in governance, health, education, aid accountability and human rights and has worked with a wide range of governments (including UK and US Governments), institutions (World Bank, EU), UN agencies, think-tanks, civil society organisations and community-based organisations. Nayomi also has a background in humanitarian programming and response, having worked in Sri Lanka for six years during and after the civil war.
